We are a pain management and treatment specialty group that provides medical treatment and physical rehabilitation for conditions related to pain.

​We have a presence in Central Phoenix and the East Valley which services Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Glendale and surrounding areas. Therapeutic and diagnostic pain injection procedures are offered at AZPTC by Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians. We believe in caring for each patient individually and walking step by step through the healing process.
